Poon Hill Trek is one of the best
trekking trail in Nepal in Annapurna
Himalayan Region.
Poon Hill Trekking is also as mini
Annapurna Trek or Short trek in
Annapurna Region. Poon Hill is located just 400m. above
Ghorepani and offer a brilliant 360
degree view of the Himalayan massifs
including Dhulagiri range and Annapurna
range. The most incredible things is,
from this hill you are able to see more
than 30 different white mountain peaks,
including two eight thousand mountain (Dhaulagiri;
8163m. Annapurna I; 8091m.). On clear
days, even the Pokhara valley can be
seen. Short, easily accessible and a
fairly accessible and a fairly easy
trek, the Ghorepani trail is a perfect
starter for someone who isn't sure of
his walking capabilities, or only has a
few days available and wishes to
discover a lot.

Fly or drive to Pokhara, by land 7 hr.

Max. Altitude 3200m. Poon Hill/ teahouse
lodges 2700 m., 5-6 hr. average walks
per day, easy trail, and temperate
climate jungle walk.

Day 01 : Arrive in kathandu
airport, meet Angel Tour's staff
at the airport and transfer to
Hotel.
Day 02 : At 7.00 AM drive to
Pokhara. Hotel check in and
prepare for Poon Hill Trekking.
Day 03 : Drive to Pokhara and
further to New Bridge and tre to
Birethati.
Day 04 : Birethati to Thiki
Dhunga - Ureli 6 hrs
Day 05 : Next day ureli to
ghorepani and ovenight in
ghorepani.
Day 06 : Early morning climb to
Poon Hill ( 1 - 1and half hour)
for sun rise and Himalayan View
and return Poo Hill - Grorepani
( Breakfast ) - Ureli -
Thikithunga ( Lunch) and to New
bridge and drive to Pokhara.

to Tikhedhunga (1540m) (Approx. 4 hr).

Day 03: Tikhedhunga (1540m) trek to
Ghorepani (2800m) (approx. 4 to 5 hr)
overnight at teahouse Lodge
Day 04: Early morning Poon Hill tour for
one of the best views of Mt: Annapurna,
Dhaulagiri and including Virgin peak Mt:
Fish tail. After breakfast start trek
from Ghorepani to Tadapani (approx. 4
hr) overnight at teahouse Lodge
Day 05: Tadapani (2600m) trek to
Ghandruk (1970m) (approx. 4 hr.)

(Approx. 4 hr.). Overnight at teahouse

minute drive to Pokhara and overnight
